1991年9月23日,由冶金部北京冶金设备研究所、邯郸钢铁总厂第二炼钢分厂和邯郸轧钢备件厂一分厂研制的国内首台喷淋冷却连铸结晶器,在邯钢第二炼钢分厂的小方坯连铸机上一次热试成功。以2m/min的拉速,连续10炉浇出120×120mm的小方坯,铸坯质量令人满意。 它的热试成功,标志着我国在连铸关键技术上又取得了新进展,并且为这一高技术在其它冶金设备上的冷却和传热方面的应用奠定了良好的基础。
September 23, 1991, the Ministry of Metallurgical Beijing Institute of Metallurgical Equipment, Handan Iron and Steel Plant, the second plant and Handan Steel rolling a spare parts plant developed a domestic first spray cooling and continuous casting mold, in Handan Iron and Steel Second billet plant billet caster last hot test success. With a casting speed of 2m / min, pouring out 120 × 120mm billets in 10 continuous furnaces, the slab quality is satisfactory. The success of its hot test indicates that China has made further progress in the key technology of continuous casting and laid a good foundation for the application of this high technology in the cooling and heat transfer of other metallurgical equipment.
