本方法采用等厚干涉原理测定金属材料的低温线膨胀系数。测量温度范围8~300K,且连续可调。平均线膨胀系数的测量误差不超过±2%。该法的特点是试样尺寸较小且制备工艺简单、加热功率小及低温介质的消耗量少,因此特别适用于稀贵金属和制备工艺复杂材料的测试检验。对低温下的测试尤为经济简便。
This method uses the principle of equal thickness interference measurement of low temperature linear expansion coefficient of metallic materials. Measuring temperature range of 8 ~ 300K, and continuously adjustable. The average linear expansion coefficient of measurement error does not exceed ± 2%. The method is characterized by small sample size and simple preparation process, low heating power and low consumption of low-temperature media, and is therefore particularly suitable for the testing and testing of rare and precious metals and the preparation of complex materials. Tests at low temperatures are especially economical and easy.
