本文就我国当前电力政工工作中存在的主要问题进行了重点分析,先是指出开展电力企业政工管理工作的必要性,接着就电力企业政工管理中存有的问题进行了分析,得出目前我国电力企业政工管理存在问题主要是对政工管理工作不够重视、政工管理人才缺乏且素质普遍偏低、政工管理思想陈旧缺乏创新,最后就这些问题,提出几点合理的对策,倡导电力企业重视政工管理、提高管理人员素质、进一步加强政工管理创新、完善电力企业政工管理体质制、加强电力企业政工人员的团队建设等。
