对于重型直喷式柴油机来讲,新的排放法规是一个严峻的挑战。为了达到新排放法规的要求,诞生了一些新的技术(预喷射、高压喷射、废气再循环等),必须迅速了解并掌握这些技术。燃烧的数字模拟是一种确定必须进行的一系列优化的发动机试验方法。本文在第一部分介绍了燃烧室模拟的改进。通过与密闭容器试验的实例结果进行比较后发现共轨式喷油系统中的气态燃料和液态燃料的喷雾射程匹配较好。第二部分通过模型的应用实例来阐述燃烧室内部的空气流动、燃油喷射以及燃烧之间的相互作用,并从中可以看出它们与排放趋势相吻合。
For heavy-duty direct injection diesel engines, the new emission regulations is a serious challenge. In order to meet the requirements of the new emission regulations, some new technologies (pre-injection, high-pressure injection, exhaust gas recirculation, etc.) were born and these technologies must be quickly understood and mastered. Digital simulation of combustion is a series of optimized engine test methods that must be carried out. In the first part of this paper, the combustion chamber simulation is introduced. Comparing with the result of closed container experiment, it is found that the spray range of gaseous fuel and liquid fuel in common rail injection system is better matched. The second part illustrates the interaction between the air flow inside the combustion chamber, fuel injection and combustion through the application of the model and shows that they coincide with the emission trend.
