目的:分析并探讨益气温补汤联合手术治疗对腮腺腺样囊性癌的临床效果。方法:选取我院一年内收治的腮腺腺样囊性癌患者60例,按照治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,各30例。研究组采用益气温补汤联合手术治疗,对照组采用手术治疗与术后放疗,对患者进行随访,对比两组患者的复发率和生存率。结果:随访结果显示,研究组患者的复发和远处转移率均低于对照组,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义;研究组患者三年生存率为90%,高于对照组患者三年生存率73.3%,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:相较于手术结合术后化疗,采用益气温补汤联合手术治疗腮腺腺样囊性癌效果更加,可减少术后复发和远处转移,延长患者的生存时间。 Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Wutu Decoction combined with surgical treatment on parotid adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods: 60 cases of parotid adenoid cystic carcinoma admitted to our hospital within a year were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Yiqi Warming Decoction combined with surgery. The control group was treated with operation and postoperative radiotherapy. The patients were followed up, the recurrence rate and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The follow-up results showed that the recurrence and distant metastasis rate of the study group were lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant; the three-year survival rate was 90% in the study group, which was higher than that in the control group The annual survival rate was 73.3%, the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant. Conclusion: Compared with surgery combined with postoperative chemotherapy, combined with Yiqi Wutouping treatment of parotid adenoid cystic carcinoma more effective, can reduce postoperative recurrence and distant metastasis, prolong the survival time of patients.
