目的 旨在观察高压氧和精制蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法 采用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶(AF)单用以及与高压氧(HBO)联合治疗68例脑梗塞病人。结果 总有效率联合治疗组为88％,AF组为76％(P<0.05);联合治疗组治愈和显效率明显高于AF组(P<0.05～0.01)。结论 HBO和AF联用治疗脑梗塞比单独使用能更有效地控制和(或)缩小脑梗塞面积。
The purpose is to observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and purified viper antithrombin combined treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Purified viper antithrombin (AF) alone and in combination with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in 68 patients with cerebral infarction. Results The total effective rate was 88% in the combined treatment group and 76% in the AF group (P <0.05). The cure rate and effective rate in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the AF group (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusions The combination of HBO and AF in the treatment of cerebral infarction can control and / or reduce the area of cerebral infarction more effectively than alone.
