蜂蜜富含多种营养,是养生保健佳品。但是蜂蜜虽好,并不是人人都适合吃的,蜂蜜其中高含量的某些元素或其本身的制造过程,可能会成为某些人食用的禁忌!一含糖高——糖尿病人STOP每百克蜂蜜碳水化合物中葡萄糖约为35克,果糖40克左右,蔗糖约2克,糊精约1克。葡萄糖和果糖均为单糖,进入肠道后无需消化可直接被吸收入血,使血糖升高,蔗糖和糊精略经水解后即可被吸收,因此,蜂蜜的升血糖作用特别明显。从这一点来看,糖尿病人是不能服用蜂蜜的。
