文章认为,重视市场建设中的布局、层次和结构的合理化,是当前我国发展市场经济所面临的一个重要问题。从总体上看,合理的市场空间布局应当与区域内的商品供需总量、市场经济发育程度以及生产力的布局相适应。实现市场层次的合理化,应以一批现代化程度较高的大型批发零售商业、物资贸易集团为中心,建立纵横交错、大中小结合的网络型市场层次。市场结构的合理化,当务之急是使各种要素市场的发展与商品市场的发展相适应,形成市场体系的整体效应。
The article holds that attaching importance to the rationalization of the layout, level and structure in the market construction is an important issue that our country now faces in developing its market economy. Overall, a reasonable layout of market space should be compatible with the total supply and demand of goods within the region, the degree of market economy development, and the distribution of productive forces. To achieve the rationalization of the market level, we should establish a network-based market hierarchy that is criss-cross and large, medium and small with a group of large-scale wholesale and retail businesses and material trade groups with a high degree of modernization as the center. Rationalization of the market structure, the top priority is to make the development of various elements of the market and the development of the commodity market to adapt to the overall effect of the formation of the market system.
