目的：探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效。方法：将106例狼疮肾炎住院病人随机分为中西医结合治疗组（56例）和单纯西医组（50例）予以治疗、观察评定疗效。结果：中西医结合组有效率达93％，复发率7％，不良反应39％；而对照组有效率为78％，复发率22％，不良反应80％，两组各项对比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗组在提高疗效，减少复发和不良反应方面，均显著优于西医组。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of treating lupus nephritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: A total of 106 inpatients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into two groups: Integrative Medicine Group (56 cases) and Western Medicine Group (50 cases). The therapeutic effect was observed and evaluated. Results: The effective rate was 93%, the recurrence rate was 7% and the adverse reaction was 39% in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The effective rate was 78%, the recurrence rate was 22% and the adverse reaction was 80% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine group was significantly better than western medicine group in improving curative effect, reducing relapse and adverse reactions.
