热化学预处理玉米秸秆厌氧消化产气特性研究

以玉米秸秆为原料,对经热化学处理后的秸秆进行发酵试验,设置堆腐预处理和碱预处理玉米秸秆发酵作为对比试验。所得试验结果为:热化学预处理玉米秸秆单位容积最大日产气量为1.122 L/d,发酵30 d的单位容积累计产气量为15.995 L,平均甲烷含量为45.85%;发酵完成后,热化学预处理玉米秸秆总固体与挥发性去除率分别为35.50%与39.32%,比未处理玉米秸秆分别提高14.15%与10.64%。在对比发酵试验中,热化学预处理的处理效果与堆腐预处理相似,但低于碱预处理。 Taking corn stalks as raw materials, the fermented experiment was carried out on the stalks after thermochemical treatment. The composting pretreatment and alkali pretreatment of corn stalks were used as the comparative experiment. The results of the experiment were as follows: the maximum daily gas production per unit volume of thermochemical pretreatment was 1.122 L / d, the accumulated gas production per unit volume was 15.995 L and the average methane content was 45.85% after 30 d of fermentation. After the fermentation was completed, The total solid and volatile removal rates of corn stalks were 35.50% and 39.32%, respectively, which were 14.15% and 10.64% higher than that of untreated corn stalks respectively. In the comparative fermentation test, the effect of thermochemical pretreatment is similar to that of heap pretreatment, but lower than that of alkali pretreatment.
