我国的小城镇数量众多,分布面广。在小城镇的建设中,住宅所占的比重比较大。但是目前小城镇及乡镇的住宅建设还存在一些问题,值得我们深思。 首先,小城镇及乡镇的很多自建住宅,多数为一层或二层,自带小院。占地大,布局混乱,市政设施不完善,居住环境很差。在今后的小城镇建设中,无论从用地指标、市政设施的完善配置,还是规划环境目标等等各方面看,都不符合小城镇建设的标准。
There are numerous small towns in China with a wide distribution. In the construction of small towns, the proportion of residences is relatively large. However, there are still some problems in the construction of residential buildings in small towns and townships. It is worth our consideration. First of all, many self-built dwellings in small towns and townships are mostly one or two floors with their own small homes. It occupies a large area, the layout is chaotic, and the municipal facilities are incomplete. The living environment is very poor. In the future construction of small cities and towns, regardless of the indicators of land use, the complete allocation of municipal facilities, or the planning of environmental goals, they do not meet the standards for the construction of small towns.
