聚能射流装置有许多实际用途。但设计一种新型装置,需要做大量的试验,目前多以1:1的实物进行.实物试验方法周期长,消耗大,因此需要进行射流侵彻模型律的研究。试验结果表明,射流侵彻过程是可以几何模拟的。本文首先讨论了射流形成和侵彻过程的相似参数问题,从而提出聚能射流侵彻模型律的基本形式。然后讨论了一个称为几何相似律的有用的特殊情况。叙述了对几何相似律进行的试验验证。为了便于掌握模拟试验方法,最后在第四节几何相似律的应用中,以尽量简明易懂的形式介绍了几何相似律及其使用方法。
There are many practical uses for shaped jet devices. However, designing a new type of device requires a large number of tests. At present, many physical tests are performed in 1:1. The physical test method has a long cycle and consumes a large amount. Therefore, research on the jet penetration model law is required. The experimental results show that the jet penetration process can be simulated geometrically. In this paper, the similar parameters of the jet formation and penetration process are first discussed, and the basic form of the convergent jet penetration model law is proposed. Then we discuss a useful special case called the geometric similarity law. The experimental verification of the geometric similarity law is described. In order to facilitate the mastery of the simulation test method, the geometric similarity law and its use method were introduced in the fourth chapter of the application of geometric similarity law in a concise and easy-to-understand form.
