如今,知识的传播、知识的生产、知识的应用作为高校的三大功能,已经得到人们的共识。高校创办高新科技产业,已成为我国高科技产业和经济新增长点的重要力量。但是,在发展前进的道路中不可避免地会出现一些问题,尤其是在从校办企业向现代化企业转变的过程中,出现了校园文化与企业文化的冲撞。 因此,寻找一种适合高校产业发展的企业文化是高校企业管理者们所迫切的、急需的。
