目的:观察钙通道阻滞剂对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞三维培养模型收缩情况的影响,探讨进一步应用于临床治疗增生性瘢痕挛缩的可能性. 方法: 对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞进行体外培养,并构建含成纤维细胞的胶原网络支架(fibroblastpopulated collagen lattice, F P C L),即三维培养系统. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of calcium channel blockers on the contraction of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in three-dimensional culture model and to explore the possibility of further application in clinical treatment of hypertrophic scar contracture. Methods: Human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and the fibroblasts-containing collagen network scaffolds (F P C L) were constructed, ie the three-dimensional culture system.
