目的:为摸清党参半野生种植模式下,党参土壤理化特性及其对党参性状的影响。方法:采取野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,设置35个土壤剖面样品与党参样品采集点,对党参生长土壤进行了理化性质的分析和党参性状的测定。结果:党参半野生种植模式的土壤物理性状好,土壤质地为粗粉质中壤土;土壤以中性偏碱为主;土壤耕作层养分含量较丰富,35个剖面耕作层有机质平均60.66 g/kg、全氮平均2.99 g/kg、碱解氮平均115.46mg/kg、全磷平均0.8 g/kg、有效磷平均6.43 mg/kg、全钾平均23.69 g/kg、速效钾平均124.48 mg/kg;土壤有机质、碱解氮、全磷、有效磷、全钾、速效钾等对党参性状有显著或极显著的影响。结论:半野生模式种植党参,能够保持良好的土壤结构与丰富的养分,适宜优质党参生产和建立规范化党参生产基地,在生产上应增施氮、磷肥,以提高党参产量。
Objective: To find out the soil physical and chemical properties of Codonopsis pilosula and its effect on the properties of Codonopsis pilosula under semi-wild planting mode. Methods: A total of 35 soil profile samples and samples collected from Codonopsis pilosula were collected by field investigation and laboratory analysis. Physiological and chemical properties of Codonopsis pilosula growing soil and the determination of Codonopsis pilosula were determined. Results: The soil physical properties of Codonopsis pilosula semi-wild plantation model were good, and the soil texture was coarse silty medium loam. The soil was mainly neutral and alkaline. The nutrient content of soil tillage layer was rich. The average organic matter content in the 35 section tillage layers was 60.66 g / kg , Average total nitrogen was 2.99 g / kg, total nitrogen was 115.46 mg / kg, total phosphorus was 0.8 g / kg, available phosphorus was 6.43 mg / kg, total potassium was 23.69 g / kg and available potassium was 124.48 mg / kg, Soil organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, total potassium, available potassium and other Codonopsis traits have a significant or very significant impact. Conclusion: Codonopsis pilosula planted in the semi-wild model can maintain good soil structure and rich nutrients, is suitable for the production of high quality Codonopsis and establish a standardized Codonopsis production base. Nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers should be added to the production so as to increase the yield of Codonopsis.
