本文报道110例含~(226)Ra夜光粉操作工的细胞遗传学变化,结果表明染色休型畸变明显高于正常对照组。畸变细胞随累积剂量、年剂量的增加而增加,相关检验表明有显著性差异(P<0.01),但畸变细胞与接触夜光粉的工龄、脱离接触的时间无关。
This article reports the cytogenetic changes of 110 cases of ~ (226) Ra luminous powder operator, the results show that the staining break distortion was significantly higher than the normal control group. Distorted cells increased with the cumulative dose and annual dose, and the correlation test showed significant difference (P <0.01). However, the aberrant cells had no relation with the length of service and contact time.
