基于博弈论的区域二次配水方案及其改进遗传算法解

结合水权、水市场的基本制度,以及博弈论、遗传算法原理,建立区域二次配水博弈模型,解决完全水权交易方式和行政调节方式下的区域水资源配置问题.阐述基于博弈论的区域二次配水建模思路和方法,在共同竞争模式下促进节余水资源深度利用和区域利益最大化,并根据模型方程特点对遗传算法的编码方案、适应度函数、交叉算子等进行改进,实现面向水权转让优化的模型求解.实验表明:该模型有效的解决供水方与用水方的利益平衡矛盾,并完成区域二次配水中水资源的配置和优化,为管理者决策提供理论参考. Based on the basic system of water right and water market, as well as game theory and genetic algorithm principle, a regional secondary water distribution game model is established to solve the problem of regional water resources allocation under the mode of complete water rights transaction and administrative regulation. Second water distribution modeling ideas and methods in the common competitive mode to promote the use of surplus water resources and maximize regional benefits, and according to the characteristics of the model of genetic algorithm coding scheme, fitness function, crossover operator, etc. to improve and achieve The model is solved for the optimization of water rights transfer.The experiment shows that this model can effectively solve the contradiction between the interests of water suppliers and water users and the allocation and optimization of water resources in the secondary water distribution and provide a theoretical reference for managers to make decisions.
