小学教师作为学生的启蒙教师,其身心健康状况及工作态度都会对学生的一生产生极其深远的影响。本研究选择延边地区390名小学教师为研究对象,采用积极情绪问卷、复原力问卷和职业倦怠问卷,以复原力作为中介变量,探讨复原力的积极强化效应对积极情绪和职业倦怠之间关系的影响。结果如下:(1)64.1%的小学教师的积极情绪处于中等以下水平;复原力处于中等水平;职业倦怠处于轻度水平。(2)积极情绪、复原
Primary school teachers as students’ enlightened teachers, their physical and mental health and work attitude will have a profound impact on a student’s life. In this study, 390 primary school teachers in Yanbian area were selected as the research object. The positive emotion questionnaire, the resilience questionnaire and the burnout questionnaire were used to explore the relationship between the positive reinforcement effect of resilience and the positive emotion and job burnout influences.
