一、新建企业组建工会势在必行目前,新建企业工会组建工作远远落后于形势发展的要求。一方面,在国有和集体企业改制的过程中,工会组织被撤并的现象未能得到有效遏制,工会会员大幅减少;另一方面,新建企业的组建率和职工人会率都比较低,大量的职工没有被组织到工会中来,他们的合法权益工会组织无法为其维护,而一些新建企业侵犯职工合法权益的现象又屡屡发生,有的已经到了非常严重的程度。因此,新建企业组建工会工作已到了刻不容缓,
