目的揭示该起聚集性腱鞘囊肿病例发病的病因,采取针对性措施控制事件发展。方法调查病例发生地的羊及人的发病情况,用SAT实验检测抗布鲁杆菌抗体,血液、腱鞘囊肿液进行布鲁杆菌分离培养。羊进行整群淘汰、环境进行终末消毒、对查出的病人和感染者进行治疗。结果 2011年春节前后该屯羊发生集中流产,抽检40只羊查出布病羊15只。查出有前述接触史、症状体征者共42人,SAT检测结果为7例囊肿病例、2例发烧病人和2例无症状的村民共11例阳性;囊肿穿刺液的病原分离结果阴性,从1名发烧病人的血液分离到羊种Ⅲ型布鲁杆菌。经过治疗7例囊肿病例囊肿消退、2例发烧病人康复,随访1年该屯无新病例发生。结论 7例腱鞘囊肿病例为布鲁杆菌病,感染布鲁杆菌是布病流行区腱鞘囊肿的病因之一。
Objective To reveal the etiopathogenisis of the aggregated ganglion cyst and to take targeted measures to control the development of the event.
