牵制释放技术在国外的火箭发射中已获得普遍应用。宇宙神一直沿用受控释放装置。新的宇宙神Ⅱ增大了有效载荷和结构尺寸,要求对牵制释放装置重新设计。本文介绍宇宙神Ⅱ发射支撑用A型框架和发射稳定系统。文中列举了对新设计的技术要求——受力数据,着重阐述了支撑释放装置的气液系统;详细说明补偿器的构成、系统的冗余能力及如何保证在单个液压系统出现故障状态下继续完成支撑任务;说明了发射程序中的推力增大、起飞和紧急关机等对牵制释放装置的影响和牵制机构随运载火箭的升降出现的各种结构变化,并给出了各种受力数据。文章还对研制中遇到的热效应、紧急关机、容积不平衡和火箭倾斜等进行了说明。新装置已生产4套。
Containment release technology has been widely used in rocket launches abroad. Cosmic God has been using a controlled release device. The new Cosmic God II has increased payload and structural dimensions and required a redesign of the containment release. This article describes the cosmic God II launch support with A-frame and launch stable system. The article lists the technical requirements for the new design - the force data, focuses on the gas-liquid system supporting the release device; details the structure of the compensator, the redundancy of the system, and how to ensure continued failure of a single hydraulic system The support tasks were completed. The effects of various factors such as thrust increase, take-off and emergency shutdown on the release mechanism and the various structural changes of the containment mechanism with the launch of the launch vehicle were described. Various force data were also given. The article also describes the thermal effects encountered in the development, emergency shutdown, volume imbalance and rocket tilt were described. The new device has produced 4 sets.
