云南省“罗蓉名师工作室”成立于2013年7月,采用梯队化培养管理模式,培养高素质的教育人才。工作室有成员教师10人,学员教师90余人,分别来自高新一小、春城小学、红联小学等学校。五年来,工作室秉承“研究的平台、成长的阶梯、辐射的中心、师生的益友”的宗旨,致力于推动本地区语文教学改革的深化和语文师资队伍素质的提高。根据教育教学发展的需要,工作室创新“在教中研、在研中教、研以致用”的工作模式,让教师在教研活动中学习新理念,掌握新方法,并对自身的教育教学实践不断进行反思,提高设计、实施、评价技能和专业能力。工作室倡导教师做研
