托槽直接粘接技术是正畸界近20年来重大的进步之一。与托槽直接粘接技术相关的因素主要有四种:酸蚀剂的浓度,酸蚀时间,粘接剂的类型以及托槽底面结构。酸蚀剂的浓度及酸蚀时间的选择目前仍存在争论,临床一般采用37%的磷酸,酸饮时间为60s或15s。目前临床上使用的粘接剂有复合树酯,玻璃离子体等。含氟粘接剂性能的研究是近年来一个新课题,金属托槽底面需制成各种因位型以增强粘接强度,陶瓷托槽的粘接强度要大于金属托槽。
Bracket direct bonding technology is the orthodontic sector in recent 20 years, one of the major advances. There are four main factors that are related to the brazing technology: the concentration of acid etchant, the etching time, the type of adhesive and the structure of the underside of the brackets. The choice of acid etchant concentration and etching time is still controversial, the general use of 37% phosphoric acid clinical, acid drinking time of 60s or 15s. Currently used in clinical adhesive composite resin, glass ionomer. The research on the performance of fluorine-containing adhesives is a new topic in recent years. The bottom surface of the metal bracket needs to be made into a variety of positions to enhance the bonding strength. The bonding strength of the ceramic bracket is greater than that of the metal bracket.
