介绍了一种改进型夹具式SHS离心机的工作原理、组成结构及主要特点 ,并讨论了目前用自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)技术制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管存在的一些问题。实践证明 ,提出的改进型夹具式SHS离心机可方便快速地制备外径 4 5～ 10 0 0mm、长度 10 0～ 5 0 0 0mm的陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,产品性能稳定且适于大规模工业化生产。
The working principle, compositional structure and main features of an improved jig SHS centrifuge are introduced. Some problems existing in the production of ceramic lined composite steel tube by SHS are discussed. Practice has proved that the proposed improved fixture SHS centrifuge can be easily and quickly prepared outside diameter 4 5 ~ 100mm, length 10 0 ~ 500mm ceramic lined composite steel pipe, the product performance is stable and suitable for large-scale industrialization produce.
