以泗棉 3号作为近期育成的棉花高产品种的典型代表 ,与苏棉 5号进行比较 ,研究高产品种的源库流特点及其相互关系。其主要结果为 :高产品种具有较早的库形成能力 ,生殖生长势强 ,即在中期有较多的干物质进入生殖器官 ,同时幼铃 (1 0日龄 )应有较强的获得光合产物的能力。高温富照期有较高的成铃强度和库活性 ,叶源既要有较强的物质生产能力 ,还应将形成的产物尽快地输出。在生化方面 ,叶源具有较强的光系统 PSI和较高的 Ru BPcase活性。
