The Three Gorges Project attracts worldwide attention and is of a large scale. The giant project on the Yangtze River in the Wanli River has attracted a large number of hydropower construction forces across the country and the competition is fierce. Gezhouba Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Group’s decision-makers believe that in the fierce competition, the quality of the workforce will determine the success or failure of competition.
