隧洞施工过程是一个由钻孔、爆破、出碴、喷锚衬砌等工序组成的循环施工过程.在这个过程中,由于每道工序的完成时间可能是随机的,每个工作循环都可能产生随机排队现象.这样很可能在某一个循环作业中出现“拥塞口”现象而影响其它的循环作业.对于这类施工过程,如采用一般网络模型(CPM/PERT)来表达,极为复杂,节点或矢线数甚至可能要以成千上万计:且难以反映施工过程中的随机时间因素及其影响.本文提出采用循环仿真随机网络来分析隧洞施工过程.通过计算机对隧洞施工的循环过程和随机时间的模拟,可以得到不同资源水平和施工组织情况下的工期、成本;并通过灵敏度分析可以寻求合理的机械设备配套组合、理想的工期及成本方案.
