针对蒸汽发生器U型传热管破裂事故(SGTR),设计报警状态触发启动运行的故障诊断专家系统。通过对SGTR事故进行故障机理建模,得到故障征兆特征;利用仿真实验获得的实验数据设置置信规则的参数,构造该专家系统的规则库,并对多重专家库的诊断结果进行信息融合,得出最后诊断结果。仿真测试表明,该专家系统能够准确、快速诊断出SGTR事故,并提供操作指导。
In view of the steam generator U-type heat transfer tube rupture accident (SGTR), a fault diagnosis expert system is designed to trigger the start-up operation. Through the fault mechanism modeling of SGTR accidents, the fault symptom characteristics are obtained. Using the experimental data obtained from the simulation experiments, the parameters of the confidence rules are set, the rule base of the expert system is constructed, and the information fusion of the diagnosis results of multiple expert libraries is obtained The final diagnosis. Simulation tests show that the expert system can accurately and quickly diagnose SGTR accidents and provide operation guidance.
