自江苏省棉区分离到三个轮枝苗菌株,其菌落为褐色,并形成褐色厚垣孢子。经形态、生长温度等方面的研究,并与CMI的Verticillium nigrescens菌株比较,鉴定为V.nigrescens Pethybr.。在温室条件下接种测定,该菌对棉花、花生、辣椒、茄子等植物的致病力极弱。
Three strains of twig spawn were isolated from the cotton area of Jiangsu Province. The colonies were brown and formed brown chlamydospores. The morphology, growth temperature and other aspects of the study, and compared with the CMI Verticillium nigrescens strain, identified as V. nigrescens Pethybr .. Inoculation determination in the greenhouse conditions, the bacteria on cotton, peanuts, peppers, eggplant and other plants virulence very weak.
