目的:研究酶促牛黄对实验动物学习记忆能力的影响,确定酶促牛黄对实验动物神经系统的作用,进一步对酶促牛黄和天然牛黄的化学组成、药理活性、有效物质进行系统比较研究。方法:小鼠分为正常及诱导损伤两种状态,分为脑复康阳性对照组,酶促牛黄高、中、低剂量组(2.00 g/kg、1.00 g/kg、0.50 g/kg),模型组,分别灌胃给药观察对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果:酶促牛黄中剂量组与脑复康阳性对照组均能明显改善小鼠学习记忆功能,酶促牛黄灌胃给药高、低剂量(2.00 g/kg,0.50 g/kg)有轻微改善作用。结论:酶促牛黄能增强小鼠的学习记忆能力,不同浓度的酶促牛黄效果不同,中剂量效果优于高、低剂量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of enzymatic bezoar on the learning and memory abilities of experimental animals, and to determine the effect of enzymatic bezoar on the nervous system of experimental animals. The chemical compositions, pharmacological activities and effective substances of enzymatic bezoar and natural bezoar were further systematically studied. Methods: The mice were divided into two groups: normal control group and induced injury group. The rats were divided into three groups: positive control group for Naofukang (2.00 g / kg, 1.00 g / kg, 0.50 g / kg) Model group, respectively, intragastric administration observed on learning and memory in mice. Results: Both the medium-dose of Bezoar and the positive control group of Naofukong could obviously improve the learning and memory abilities of mice, and there was a slight improvement in high-dose and low-dose (2.00 g / kg, 0.50 g / kg) effect. CONCLUSION: Enzymatic bezoar can enhance the learning and memory abilities of mice. The effects of different concentrations of enzymatic bezoar are different. The medium-dose effect is better than the high-dose and low-dose.
