随着企业的发展,现代管理理念和管理制度逐步形成和建立。资金管理在企业管理工作中的重要地位逐步显现。本文在分析了资金管理重要性的基础上,详细阐述了当前我国大型企业的资金管理存在的不足和缺失,并在案例解析的基础上,总结出相应的措施和建议,以期对大型企业,特别是以能源企业为代表的资金密集型企业的资金管理优化和完善工作起到促进作用。
With the development of enterprises, the modern management concept and management system have been gradually established and established.
