以七水合氯化镧(LaCl_3·7H_2O)和脂肪酸丁酯(FAB)为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,合成FAB-La配合物。探讨了反应温度、物质的量的比、pH等反应条件对FAB-La配合物产率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件,并研究了所合成的FAB-La配合物对丁苯橡胶(SBR)的硫化促进作用,探讨了FAB-La配合物用量对橡胶材料加工及使用性能的影响。实验结果表明,FAB-La配合物最佳的合成条件为:合成温度为50℃,pH=7~8,LaCl_3·7H_2O与FAB物质的量的比为1/1.1。红外光谱分析结果表明,FAB与LaCl_3发生了一定的化学作用,添加FAB-La配合物可明显提高SBR混炼的硫化性能及硫化胶力学性能。
Lanthanum chloride heptahydrate (LaCl_3 · 7H_2O) and fatty acid butyl ester (FAB) were used as raw materials and ethanol as solvent to synthesize FAB-La complex. The effects of the reaction temperature, the ratio of the amount of the substance, the pH and other reaction conditions on the yield of the FAB-La complex were discussed. The optimum synthesis conditions were determined. The effects of the FAB-La complex on the SBR, The effect of FAB-La complex dosage on rubber material processing and serviceability was discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions of FAB-La complex were as follows: the synthesis temperature was 50 ℃, pH = 7-8, and the ratio of LaCl 3 · 7H 2 O to FAB was 1 / 1.1. The results of FTIR spectroscopy showed that FAB and LaCl3 had a certain chemical effect, and the addition of FAB-La complex could obviously improve the vulcanization performance and vulcanizate mechanical properties of SBR.
