目的探讨甲状腺检查在外科体检中的价值。方法选取2013年1月—2014年6月在大同市第二人民医院体检科进行体检的4000名健康体检者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。对体检者均采用触摸加吞咽动作进行检查,计算甲状腺疾病的检出率。结果在4000例健康体检者当中,共检查出甲状腺疾病患者78例,占1.95%,78例患者均经过B超检查确诊。其中有4例在单独进行触诊时未被检查出来,加用吞咽动作后才被查出来。结论在外科体检中进行甲状腺检查是很有必要的,可以及早查出甲状腺疾病,使患者及时接受治疗,避免疾病的进一步发展;而且采用触诊三度法进行检查,方法比较简单、费用较低,因此,甲状腺检查在外科体检中具有很重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of thyroid examination in surgical examination. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 4,000 healthy people who had physical examinations in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Datong People’s Hospital were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. On the physical examination were used to touch plus swallowing action to check the detection rate of thyroid disease. Results Of 4000 healthy people, 78 cases of thyroid diseases were detected, accounting for 1.95%. 78 cases were diagnosed by B-ultrasound. Four of these cases were not examined during palpation alone and were detected after swallowing. Conclusion Thyroid examination in surgical examination is necessary to detect thyroid disease as soon as possible, so that patients receive timely treatment to avoid the further development of the disease; and the palpation of the three methods to check, the method is relatively simple, low cost Therefore, thyroid examination in the surgical examination has a very important value.
