在对话教学中,以学生发展为中心,重视师生交流互动,重视知识与能力的融合。可见,对话教学符合学生身心发展特点,符合现代教育要求。那么,在实际教学过程中,教师应如何打造有序而高效的对话课堂。笔者以高中历史教学为例,由如下方面进行了具体探讨。一、创设对话情境与氛围在对话教学中,强调师生平等与民主。因此,在高中历史对话课堂中,教师应坚持师生平等与民主的教学观念,尊重学生个性差异与不同选择,信任学生,不操控课堂。同时,教师需要倾听学生的发言,了解学生想法,让学生体会到历史教师对自己的尊重与信任,从而积极融入课堂对话,
