目的探讨医学院校贫困大学生自我和谐状况,为医学院校贫困生心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)测试了医学院在校大学生210名,其中贫困生为48名,占总人数的21.8%。结果①医学院校贫困大学生在自我灵活性(t=2.870,P<0.01)和自我刻板性(t=-3.507,P<0.01)方面与常模存在显著差异,而在自我与经验不和谐方面不存在显著差异;②贫困生与非贫困生之间在自我和谐上不存在显著差异;③贫困医学生的自我和谐在性别、年级和生源地方面也不存在显著差异。结论医学院校贫困生的自我和谐水平较高,与非贫困生之间不存在差异。同时贫困生的自我和谐水平不受性别、年级、生源地等影响。
Objective To explore the situation of self-consistency and harmony between poor college students in medical colleges and universities, and to provide reference for mental health education for poor students in medical colleges and universities. Methods Totally 210 medical undergraduates were tested by self - consistency scale (SCCS), of which 48 were poor students, accounting for 21.8% of the total. Results ① Poor college students in medical colleges and universities had significant differences in self-flexibility (t = 2.870, P <0.01) and self-rigidity (t = -3.507, P <0.01) There is no significant difference; ② poor students and non-poor students in self-harmony there is no significant difference; ③ poor students self-harmony in sex, grade and source of place there is no significant difference. Conclusion Poor students in medical colleges and universities have higher self-consistency and harmony with non-poor students. At the same time, poor students’ self-harmony level is not affected by gender, grade and source.
