随着信息时代的不断发展,对高校的图书管理提出了更高的要求,学校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,是其信息化的主要阵地。在学校教学和科研工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。所以,运用现代管理方法及理论加强高校图书馆的科学管理十分重要。本文从学校图书管理存在的问题入手,提出了相应实施对策,为学校图书管理提供理论参考。
With the continuous development of the information age, higher requirements are placed on the library management in colleges and universities. As a school literature and information center, the school library is the main position of informationization. In the school teaching and research work is playing an increasingly important role. Therefore, the use of modern management methods and theories to strengthen the scientific management of university libraries is very important. This article starts with the problems existing in the school library management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoretical reference for the school library management.
