客运出租车行业的正常运营和健康发展,事关社会稳定和人民群众日常生活,是社会关注的热点问题。根据建设部、交通部、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、公安部、监察部、国务院纠正行业不正之风办公室、劳动和社会保障部、国家工商行政管理总局、国家质量监督检验检疫总局等10部委2006年5月22日下发的《关于进一步加强出租汽车行业管理切实减轻出租汽车司机负担的通知》,长沙市物价局迅速成立了专门的课题调研组,对长沙市出租汽车公司等9家客运出租车公司(共拥有客运出租车2464台)进行了调查审核。通过问卷调查,与出租车公司、司机座谈以及随机采访乘客等形式,我们对长沙客运出租车公司向司机收取管理费情况进行了详尽的了解,并在此基础上对客运出租车管理费问题提出了几点建议。
