钢筋混凝土四面六边体透水框架群具有防冲促淤,控导河势的作用。这项技术是西北水科所韩瀛观教授针对高含沙量、浅水水流的特点在室内研制成功的,实践证实能减少水流冲刷力40%~70%。长江流域在经过试验研究后已大面积应用,取得了很大的经济和社会效益。但黄河流域还没有进行这项试验。为此,济南市局在长清县姚河门控导工程上部进行应用这项技术的试验。山东河务局已将此项试验列入计划,现已完成了调研、设计和构件预制阶
