作者于1977—78年用春小麦品种“箭麦”和大麦品种“红乌菲姆95”(95)进行了试验。供试种子湿度12.0—13.5%,发芽势91—93%。发芽率95—99%。于4月中旬将种子放金属箱中,通入30℃热空气5天。试验结果,未见种子发芽率和长势有提高,但却出现了极重要的生物化学变化。首先,胚中类赤霉素物质含量显著增加,使淀粉分解酶活性增强,淀粉连续不断地彻底分解为糖,为种苗的糖营养做好准备。
The author conducted experiments in 1977-78 with the spring wheat variety “Arrow Wheat” and the barley variety “Red Uem 95” (95). Test seed moisture 12.0-13.5%, germination potential 91-93%. Germination rate of 95-99%. In mid-April the seeds will be placed in the metal box, access to 30 ℃ hot air for 5 days. Test results, no seed germination rate and growth have increased, but there has been a very important biochemical changes. First of all, the content of gibberellin in embryos increased significantly, which increased the activity of amylolytic enzyme, and the starch was continuously and completely decomposed into sugar, so as to prepare for sugar nutrition of seedlings.
