目的探讨BACTEC-460在结核菌快速培养中的应用。方法应用BACTEC-460检测结核杆菌,并与涂片和改良罗氏培养法(L-J)进行比较。结果1068份临床标本BACTEC培养阳性269份(25.2%),阳性报告时间平均12.5天,培养污染27份(2.5%);BACTEC阳性率比涂片高18.4%,比L-J法高10.4%,差异有高度显著性(P<0.05);BACTEC快速药敏试验表明总耐药率为51.7%,药敏报告时间平均6.2天;快速菌型测试表明,结核分枝杆菌占97.4%,非结核分枝杆菌占2.6%;BACTEC快速培养报告时间比L-J法总计提前40天以上。结论认为BACTEC法是目前比较理想的一种快速检测结核菌的方法。
Objective To investigate the application of BACTEC-460 in the rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected by BACTEC-460 and compared with smear and modified Roche culture (L-J). Results A total of 1068 clinical specimens were positive for BACTEC, 269 (25.2%) were positive for culture, and the average time for positive report was 12.5 days and 27 (2.5%) were for culture contamination. The positive rate of BACTEC was 18.4% higher than that of smear L-J method was 10.4%, the difference was highly significant (P <0.05); BACTEC rapid drug susceptibility test showed that the total drug resistance rate was 51.7%, the average drug susceptibility reporting time was 6.2 days; fast Bacteriological tests showed that Mycobacterium tuberculosis accounted for 97.4%, non-TB Mycobacterium accounted for 2.6%; BACTEC rapid culture report time than the L-J method total more than 40 days in advance. The conclusion is that the BACTEC method is an ideal method for rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
