通过对储存小麦的不同跨度高大平房仓进行为期一年的“三温”检测,分析了气温、仓温的变化对粮温变化的影响,并通过“扒皮”试验研究“冷心热皮”现象中“冷心”、“热皮”温度的变化规律,判定高温季节外温对靠墙粮堆及粮堆表面影响程度,明确了临界点及整个粮堆中“热皮”区域范围。试验表明仓温直接受气温影响,气温和仓温对粮堆“热皮”区域影响明显,而“冷心”区域影响很小。
Through the one-year “three-temperature” test of storing high-span storage bins with different spans, the influence of temperature and temperature on the variation of grain temperature was analyzed and the phenomenon of “cold-hearted and hot-skinned” “Cold heart”, “hot skin” temperature changes in order to determine the impact of hot season on the outer wall of grain piles and grain surface impact of the extent of the critical point and the whole “hot skin” in the area of the region.
