“十一五”时期是国内外经济金融形势急剧变化、人民银行履行职责面临严峻挑战的五年。从2006年至2007年,我国经济发展面临从偏快转为过热、结构性价格上涨演变为明显通货膨胀的风险。
The “Eleventh Five-Year” period is a drastic change in the economic and financial situation at home and abroad. The PBC faces five years of severe challenges in carrying out its duties. From 2006 to 2007, China’s economy faced the risk of turning itself from over-fast to over-heated and from structural price increases to obvious inflation.
