从低压铸造过程中热应力形成的角度分析了简化模型的热应力影响因素,采用提高材料热导率和使用耐高温而又绝热材料的方法把液态金属与铸型隔开,并结合模具设计和保养,利用VSR法消除应力达到提升金属型模具寿命和性能的目的。
The factors affecting the thermal stress of the simplified model are analyzed from the perspective of thermal stress in the process of low pressure casting. The liquid metal is separated from the mold by increasing the thermal conductivity of the material and using the high temperature resistant and heat insulating material. Combined with the design of the mold and Maintenance, the use of VSR method to eliminate stress to improve the life of metal mold and performance purposes.
