病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLPs)是不含病毒特异核酸的空壳结构,许多病毒结构蛋白都具有自动组装成VLPs的能力,在形态结构上与天然的病毒颗粒相似,具有很强的免疫原性和生物学活性。登革病毒(Dengue virus,DV)为黄病毒属的一员,伊蚊为其传播媒介,流行地域广泛,影响人口众多,所致疾病复杂,发病率高,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段和预防措施。文中对DV的组装与成熟,VLPs的产生、影响DV的VLPs产生因素,以及在研制疫苗或佐剂等方面的应用前景做一综述。
Virus-like particles (VLPs) are empty shell structures that contain no virus-specific nucleic acids. Many viral structural proteins have the ability to assemble into VLPs automatically. They are structurally similar to native virus particles and have strong Immunogenicity and biological activity. Dengue virus (DV) is a member of the genus of flaviviridae. Aedes mosquitoes are the media of its spread. Its epidemic area is wide and its population is large. The disease is complicated and the incidence rate is high. Currently, there is no effective treatment and prevention Measures. The paper summarizes the assembly and maturation of DV, the production of VLPs, the factors that affect the production of VL VLPs, and the application prospects in the development of vaccines or adjuvants.
