1980年7月8日至13日在西安工业学院召开的“制订透镜中心偏差国标技术讨论会”.与会代表45名。通过技术报告和专题讨论,大家一致认为:制订本标准,首先应弄清并确定中心偏差及拟订相应的测试方法。在下面几个主要问题上进行了认真的讨论。一、定义问题表征透镜偏心的参量如图1有:中心偏 C、边缘厚度差△t、楔角0、偏向角δ、表面倾斜角α和球心偏离量 C_q。前四个参量是以透镜为单元的,后两个参量是以折射面为单元的。究竟用哪个参量做定义较好,应该从规定定义的实际意义,从设计、工艺和测量校正等方面统一考虑,把科学性和实践性结合起来考虑。从这些观点出发,认为选用表面倾角α或球心偏 C_q 或中心偏 C 再加α或 C_q 共两个参量做定义较好.
From July 8 to July 13, 1980, “Seminar on Establishing National Standard for Deflection of Lens Center” was held in Xi’an Institute of Technology. Through technical reports and symposiums, it was agreed that: The development of this standard should first identify and determine the center deviation and formulate the corresponding test methods. In the following several major issues on a serious discussion. First, the definition of the problem Characterizing lens eccentricity parameters shown in Figure 1 are: the center of the C, the edge thickness difference △ t, wedge angle 0, the deflection angle δ, the surface tilt angle α and the center of the ball deviation C_q. The first four parameters are lens-based, the latter two parameters are based on the refractive surface. It is better to define which parameter to use, which should be considered in terms of the actual meaning of the definition, from the aspects of design, technology and measurement and correction, and so on, combining scientific and practical considerations. From these points of view, the choice of surface inclination α or center-off C_q or center-plus-C plus α or C_q total of two parameters is better defined.
