研究目的:从理论研究的角度解析体育需要三个层次的基本内容及结构,并结合高校体育课程中田径教学的实际问题,以满足层次需要为出发点,重新构建高校体育田径课程的内容。研究方法:文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法。研究结果:高校体育田径课程改革与发展可以从三个层次来展开,学生处于低层次需要的应紧抓“健身”概念;中等层次的要重点发展田径社团并充分发挥团队作用;高层次的应以竞赛促训练,并不断扩展田径运动的内容以适应社会发展的需要。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic content and structure of the three levels of physical education from the theoretical research point of view, and to reconstruct the contents of the college athletics track and field curriculum in order to meet the needs of the level with the actual problems of the track and field teaching in physical education curriculum. Research methods: literature, interview, questionnaire. The results show that the reform and development of athletics track and field in colleges and universities can start from three levels. The students should pay close attention to the concept of “fitness” when they are in low level. At the middle level, they should focus on the development of athletics and community and give full play to the role of team. Should promote the competition training, and continue to expand the content of track and field to meet the needs of social development.
