薪酬设计是建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分。知识经济时代下, 设计和建立一套帮助企业获得竞争优势、促进企业持续发展的薪酬体系,对国有企业来说,是一个十分重大的课题。本文在对某石油销售分公司现行薪酬体系剖析的基础上,指出其薪酬体系的优点及不足,对其不足运用战略性薪酬设计模型进行再设计,并据此提出一套薪酬设计方案,以提高薪酬体系对企业战略的支持,增强其在企业的具体应用中的激励性及实效性。
Remuneration design is the prerequisite and an important part of establishing a modern remuneration management system. In the era of knowledge economy, designing and establishing a pay system to help enterprises gain competitive advantages and promote sustainable development of enterprises is a very important issue for state-owned enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current salary system of a petroleum sales branch, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of its salary system, redesign its deficiencies with the strategic salary design model and put forward a salary design scheme to improve The compensation system supports corporate strategy and enhances its motivation and effectiveness in the specific application of the enterprise.
