我区水利电力施工企业,主要包括区水电建筑工程处、区水电勘探基础工程处以及钦州,南宁、百色、河池、柳州、玉林、梧州、桂林八个地区的水电施工队伍。他们担负着我区大、中型水库和中、小型水电站的施工任务,20多年来,为我区水利水电建设事业作出了较大的贡献。今天,新的形势使我们面临严重的挑战,如何使这支队伍能够在竞争中生存、发展和壮大,是摆在决策者面前的一个重要问题。本文仅就施工队伍之间联合经营的有关问题提出一些粗浅的意见供讨论。
The district’s water conservancy and electric power construction companies mainly include the district hydropower construction engineering office, the district hydropower exploration infrastructure engineering office, and the hydropower construction teams in eight regions of Qinzhou, Nanning, Baise, Hechi, Liuzhou, Yulin, Zhangzhou and Guilin. They are responsible for the construction tasks of large and medium-sized reservoirs and small and medium-sized hydropower stations in our region. For more than 20 years, they have made great contributions to the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in our region. Today, the new situation has caused us to face serious challenges. How to enable this team to survive, develop and expand in the competition is an important issue for policy makers. This article only provides some superficial opinions on the issues related to joint operations between construction teams for discussion.
