目的探讨儿童难治性支原体肺炎(RMPP)患儿BALF中IL-8表达及BAL联合MAC对其影响。方法回顾性分析台州恩泽医疗中心下属4家医院儿科2012年4月-2015年4月住院RMPP患儿157例,给予BAL联合MAC治疗3个疗程,比较不同疗程BALF和不同疗效BALF中IL-8水平进行检测,并与BAL联合MAC不同疗程和不同疗效进行相关性分析。结果 BAL联合MAC治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程后BALF中IL-8浓度分别为(15.65±2.68)pg/ml、(14.16±3.75)pg/ml、(11.25±3.08)pg/ml、(8.46±2.12)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(F=167.68,P<0.01);BALF中IL-8水平与BAL联合MAC疗程呈正相关(r=0.711,P<0.01);BAL联合MAC治疗RMPP显效、有效、无效BALF中IL-8浓度分别为(7.47±1.35)pg/ml、(11.28±1.02)pg/ml、(11.67±0.58)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(F=119.11,P<0.01);BALF中IL-8水平与疗效呈正显著相关(r=0.772,P<0.01)。结论 BAL联合MAC能显著降低BALF中IL-8水平,BALF中IL-8水平对RMPP病情和疗效判断具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of BAL combined with MAC on the expression of IL-8 in BALF in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia (RMPP). Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 157 pediatric patients with RMPP admitted to Taizhou Enze Medical Center under the guidance of 4 pediatric pediatric departments from April 2012 to April 2015. The patients were given BAL combined with MAC for 3 courses of treatment and BALF in different courses of treatment and IL- Level, and with BAL MAC combined with different courses and different efficacy correlation analysis. Results Before BAL combined MAC treatment, the concentration of IL-8 in BALF was (15.65 ± 2.68) pg / ml, (14.16 ± 3.75) pg / ml and (11.25 ± 3.08) (P <0.01). The level of IL-8 in BALF was positively correlated with BAL combined with MAC (r = 0.711, P <0.01) ). The concentrations of IL-8 in BALF were significantly higher than those in BAL group (7.47 ± 1.35 pg / ml, 11.28 ± 1.02 pg / ml, and 11.67 ± 0.58 pg / ml, respectively) (F = 119.11, P <0.01). The level of IL-8 in BALF was positively correlated with the therapeutic effect (r = 0.772, P <0.01). Conclusions BAL combined with MAC can significantly reduce the level of IL-8 in BALF. The level of IL-8 in BALF is of great significance for judging the condition and curative effect of RMPP.
