现代吉祥物是代表企业和商品的一种具有象征意义的吉祥造型。一些优秀的吉祥物设计之所以成功,正是恰倒好处地运用了传统文化中具有代表性的元素,将其形式美和寓意美与现代视觉传达原理和美学有机结合的结果。本文从吉祥物的由来开始,重点分析南宁国际民歌艺术节的吉祥物的特色,再举例去论证民族元素在卡通吉祥物的造型设计和品牌价值上的运用。
Modern mascot is a symbol of the auspicious shape on behalf of business and commodities. The success of some excellent mascot designs is precisely the result of using the representative elements of traditional culture justly and profitably to combine the formal beauty and the moral meaning with the modern visual communication principle and aesthetics. This article begins with the origin of the mascot, focusing on analyzing the characteristics of the mascot of Nanning International Folk Song and Art Festival, and then demonstrates the application of national elements in the design and brand value of the cartoon mascot.
